Refund policy

We want you to love your doll. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return unused dolls within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.

Culture Kits and custom items are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at support@mixedandrooted.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order once your refund is processed.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they begin processing.
